Attention to the secret of servo wire harness processing and supply! The processing and application of electronic device wiring harnesses need to be divided into different types in different industries. Generally, there will be automobile wiring harness processing, servo wiring harness processing and supply, and terminal wire production and processing, all of which are necessary for processing in electronic equipment wiring harnesses. Pay attention to the following points when processing and supplying servo wire harnesses:
1. Visual inspection shows that the support force is moderate but loose or too tight; The surface of the flipped copper wire is not coated with dust; The wire arrangement is excellent, symmetrical, without any stacking or undersides (high on either side, low on both sides, or high on both sides, low on both sides), and without strands; The surface is smooth and clean, without black stripes, disordered lines, black spots, air oxidation, embossing, scratches, poor electroplated tin (sticking or leaking), slashes, hand joints, or fingerprints;
2. Check the cable diameter by first adjusting the vernier caliper to zero; Place the copper wire to be inspected outside the clamp wire of the vernier caliper, and shake the end of the vernier caliper with moderate force (not too heavy or too light); When you hear three sounds from the vernier caliper, you can check the reading; Two or three readings should be checked continuously, and the same part should not be checked every time. Instead, it should be checked in sections; Check the different pages of copper wire with a cable diameter of about 0.2cm to prevent flat wires;
3. Elongation test, turn on the power switch of the elongation tester; Observe whether the clamp on the left is in its initial position and whether the reading indicated by the instrument returns to zero. If the left sensing clamp has no initial position and the instrument reading does not return to zero, press the immediate and reset buttons; Gently open the clamp, place one end of the copper wire to be tested into the induction clamp, press the induction clamp, then gently straighten the copper wire and place the other end into another induction clamp. Press the induction clamp to firmly clamp the copper wire, and press and hold the detection button; After the induction clamp breaks the copper wire and stops moving, observe that the displayed reading is the elongation of the measured copper wire;
4. Resistance test, turn on the main power switch of the resistance detector; Clamp the sensing clamps on both sides and observe if the reading is zero; If the device indicates a reading of 0, take a 1m long piece of copper wire to be inspected and clamp it on both sides with two induction clamps. The inspected copper wire should not come into contact with other metal objects. Press and hold the check button; Observe the displayed reading and take the reading to measure the resistance;
