The matter of wire harness processing
The wire harness processing factory is mainly divided into terminal pressing wire processing and cable wire harness processing. The terminal pressing wire harness processing is mainly carried out through fully automatic terminal pressing equipment. Debugging personnel generally test the height, width, tension, etc. of the first 20 terminal wire harnesses. For cables, swing testing is mainly involved. Generally, swing testing can be divided into the following:
1. Conduct appearance and performance tests on the wire and number it before the test.
2. The swing of the wire swaying machine is determined according to different specifications of the wire (generally modulated 40 times/minute, 50 times/minute, ± 60/90 °).
3. Clamp the plug part of the wire into the swing testing machine fixture for fixation and short-circuit this end.
4. Straighten the wire and thread it into the fixed slot, and tie a hanging hook approximately 300mm below the plastic forming part of the plug (usually between 250-300g).
5. Connect the two wires at the other end of the wire in series to the indicator light (the indicator light turns off when normal conduction occurs).
6. Reset each group and total swing count to zero, press the "Start" button for each group, and finally press the "Start Motor" button for testing.
7. After the test is completed, the conductor insulation layer and performance of the wire will be tested.
